Judge J. M. Morton Jr. '91, of Fall River, Massachusetts, was elected President for one year. He succeeds F. A. Delano '85 of Washington, D. C. who has held the office for the past year. Morton graduated from the Law School in 1894 and practiced privately until 1912 when he was appointed to serve as United States District Judge for Massachusetts. In 1931 he was elevated to the United States Circuit Court where he has been a judge ever since...
