Last week Edward Young Clarke, formerly Imperial Wizard and now Imperial Giant of the Ku Klux Klan, was removed from control of its Propagation Department. This week he was indicted by a grand jury at Houston, Texas, for violating the Mann Act. Six members of the jury were Klansmen.
