...Bush Wouldn't Listen It is clear that the Bush administration decided to invade and occupy a sovereign country that had never attacked the U.S. and was not even a real threat [Oct. 6]. There was no link between Saddam and al-Qaeda, and no WMD have been found. The French tried hard to warn the Americans not to invade Iraq, which is what you would expect from your oldest friend.
