Reader Walter Richert in a letter to TIME, Nov. 18, satirized the suggestion made by Mrs. Foster in the Oct. 28 issue, that every German should be sterilized. Among others, he mentioned sardonically such men as Einstein and his Relativity Theory and Ehrlich and his ''Magic Bullet."
