Twenty-six men attended the dinner at the University Club, given by the Harvard Club of New York to last year's victorious teams. About forty members of the Harvard Club, including President Wetmore and Secretary Alexander, sat down with the guests. Atherton, E. E. Sargeant, and M. Seasongood. The question of the debate was "Resolved, That the English claims in the present controversy in the Transvaal are justifiable."
