Whoever took charge of the petition that registration be omitted after the Christmas recess, did it very awkwardly. A small list of about two hundred names was given to the Faculty, but the larger petition did not reach them until too late for consideration. Naturally, the small petition was not granted. There is, however, still a chance left to get what we want, if a note stating the fact that a mistake was made, and begging that the vote be reconsidered, is presented, along with the greater petition, to the Faculty at the regular meeting next Tuesday.
