Neither are the approximately 15 others in the know: Dallas' producers and story editors, the major writers and directors, the show's chief publicists and a few Lorimar and CBS executives. All principals swear they have not even told their spouses. The actors will not know until the crucial scene is shot-a date propitiously delayed by the Screen Actors Guild strike.
