Three Harvard upperclass students will receive cash awards for public service internships they intend to pursue in the near future. The $750 award, sponsored by the J.W. ...Well, I think job searching is a part of it; in the past three years, many are the newspaper internship posters I have seen that say "minorities especially encouraged to apply" or "this program open to minorities only."
