Those who witnessed the finals of the eighth annual Winter Carnival on the board track on Soldiers Field yesterday, afternoon were spectators of an unusually exciting battle, between 1917 and 1915. In the closest race in years, the Juniors won the interclass relay championship from the Freshmen by a scant foot. At the start, R. W. Stanley '17 gained a fair lead over J. B.
