...better way to overcome baldness was advanced last week from a more authentic source when Dr. André Alexis Cueto of Cincinnati offered the medical profession a machine to grow hair on heads where hair follicles are not altogether dead. The machine consists of a hood which fits over the scalp. By means of an air pump Dr. Cueto creates an alternate vacuum and pressure upon the scalp.
