...Hon. John E. Russell will address the College Conference at 7.30 tomorrow evening, in Sever 11, on the subject, "American Political Campaigns." The fact that two weeks ago Mr. Russell's opponent in the political debate held in Boston, last fall, Hon. Henry Cabot Lodge, addressed the Conference, will give a special interest to the lecture tomorrow evening. Mr. Russell was elected Secretary of the State Board of Agriculture in 1880, and was re-elected five times.
