Mayor Curley was yesterday advised by Corporation Counsel John A. Sullivan, A. M. '11 (hon.), that Building Commissioner Patrick O'Hearn has full authority to grant the H. A. A. a permit, and that in case the commissioner fails to grant this permit, the H. A. A. has recourse to the Board of Appeal.
