Later Tommy is left to devices of the Acid Queen (Tina Turner is a marvelous caricature, snake-tongued and screeching--the best thing in the show), and a 'psychedelic' scene full of neons and visual tricks that experimental filmmakers have been using for years. Soon we watch Tommy tortured by one sadistic relative, then abused...
