...president Harrison announces that the plan of his lectures to be given at Leland Stanford University will be as follows: after the introductory lecture there will be some discussion of the colonial charters and constitution; then the organization of the states and their earliest constitutions will be considered, and finally the Constitutional Convention will be taken up.
