Fearing was the only Harvard man in the running high jump, and as Green failed to put in appearance. He had little difficulty in clearing the bar at 6.00 7-8 and thus won the event from Dunning R. L. S., who had a handicap of eight inches. Fearing then had the bar put at 6.02 7-8, which was 5-8 higher than the indoor record.
