Through the efforts of the German department an addition has been made to the German library. It has been decided to subscribe, in addition to the regular books, to a number of current periodicals, Three of them, "Die Gegenwart," "Die Kunst fur Alle," and the "Fliegende Blatter," have just arrived; two others, "Das Echo" and the "Vierteljahresschrift fur Literatur-geschichte," are expected to be here soon.
