Professors Palmer, Shaler and James, Assistant Professor Croswell and Mr. Wendell, representing the faculty, and Noble, Halbert and Carpenter from '85, Huddleston and Merriam from '86; Lund. E. R. Thayer and Garrison from '88, were present. Professor Palmer, the chairman of the conference, submitted the report which the faculty had adopted at their meeting of April 28.
