...Frank Fay was the youngest son of Willard and Charlotte Howe, and was born in Framingham on June 1, 1868. He was educated in the common schools of Framingham and was a graduate of the Framingham academy and high school, class of '87. The year 1887-88 he spent at the Phillips.
