Norman W. Fradd, assistant director of Physical Education, and his staff have been asked to set up and direct the entire program with the assistance of naval personnel. The combined efforts will ease the over-crowding and inconvenience that two separate programs would cause. Beginning July 12 the navy and civilian students will attend amalgamated exercise classes.
