THIS book has already met with an enthusiastic reception at Yale, which is not at all surprising, as the students there probably enjoy the local references, and recognize the eight students whose adventures form the foundation of the work. The incidents are by no means new, but to the reader who has never seen the chief places in the Old World they may prove interesting.
