...this hypothesis there are many variations. A third of the British Fleet might be grabbed by Germany or surrendered. Or a third might make its way across the Atlantic. But in any degree of the hypothesis, next step for Germany and the U. S. would probably be the greatest naval race of all time. The U. S.
