...Divinity School, we copy the following from the Academy, December 18: "Theology is evidently not a favorite study with the rising generation of Germans. At Heidelberg only nine of the 488 students have entered their names as attendants at the classes of the Theological Faculty. About twenty-five per cent of the students are foreigners: America contributing 39 names, England and Scotland 21, Russia and Switzerland respectively...
