Yale's protest against Evins on the grounds of professionalism is practically nullified. Before the track athletic games last Friday, Mr. Wade of the Yale A. A. protested Evins for professionalism. After the games, Mr. Wade asked Captain Cook to sign an affidavit stating that Evins is a bona fide amateur and that he has the regular number of hours in the Law School.
