The "By the Way," which is better than usual, and the centre page, a well executed and fitting sequel to the centre page of the "Football Number," express very adequately the present dissatisfaction in regard to football. The bit entitled "Sporticus," in the series of "Lampy's Menagerie" is a very pleasing innovation.
