The Pan-Hellenic Congress met Monday in the Atlanta Exposition grounds. The object of the meeting was the formation of a federation of all Greek letter fraternities. About thirty fraternities were represented. Isaac S. Hopkins, president of Georgia Institute of Technology, delivered the oration of the day.
