After lengthy negotiations, the British Government has formed a national air transport company, familiarly known as the "Million Pounds Monopoly," because of its capital and its exclusive hold on all air transport. The new company will have Sir Eric Geddes at its head. Directors will be nominated by the Air Ministry and by existing air transport companies.
