THERE is one rule of the Library which we desire to see modified, and that is the rule which prevents students from taking periodicals from the Library. The theses in many of the courses require the use of the English reviews, and frequently at the hour of closing the Library a student has to stop in the middle of an article, and thus he is compelled to defer his work at least until the next day.
