Britain's highest court last week put an end to four years of legal wrangling, ruled that a man whose wife had a normal baby 360 days after he last saw her is entitled to a divorce on grounds of adultery. By a four-to-one majority the Law Lords of the House of Lords granted a decree to R.A.F. Veteran Charles Preston Jones. His wife gave birth on Aug. 13, 1946.
