The British may well inform the United Nations that continuing the economic embargo of Rhodesia is no longer feasible, and may eventually try-probably in vain-to negotiate a new deal that will be acceptable to Rhodesia's 5,260,000 blacks as well as its 239,000 whites. ...missile sites, airfields, supply depots, staging areas, and other targets in North Viet Nam's southern panhandle. It was by far the longest and roughest of the more than 100 strikes, large and small, that American aircraft carried out on the North in 1971.
