The Ivy League Player of the Week was Yale junior forward Molly Woodroofe. Woodroofe has scored goals in each of the Elis' wins in a three-game win streak. She also added two assists against Providence last week.

Although the Crimson came up short, they had a strong first game, keeping close with the Elis throughout the set. With its good early performance, Harvard was optimistic of its ability to win the succeeding games.

The women (4-0) had a much easier time of it in dominating the Tigers, 21-36, and the Elis, 15-48. This was the second consecutive H-Y-P win for the Crimson.
