...Iraqi dictator might take as trip wires for an American strike that could be presented as legitimate self- defense. The most obvious is an Iraqi attack on the U.S. or other international forces in Saudi Arabia (or possibly on Israel, although America's Arab allies would hardly be eager to fight in defense of what they call the "Zionist entity").
