Superlative driving power and excellent oarsmanship drove the Cornell shells across the line ahead of the University and 1923 crews in the two two-mile races held Saturday on Lake Cayuga. In spite of a game fight put up by the first University eight, the Ithacan crew's superior rowing ability carried it across the finish line two lengths ahead of the Crimson boat.
