...Sociedad Espanola will hold its last regular meeting of the year with the usual conversational practice, in the Assembly Room of the Union this evening at 8 o'clock. As today will be the first anniversary of Cuban independence, the meeting will have direct reference to that event. Dean Shaler, who recently took a six weeks trip through the Island, will speak on "Cuba." The annual election of officers will also be held and refreshments will be served. ...University baseball team defeated Exeter at Exeter yesterday in a slow six-inning game, by the score of 11 to 0. Harvard batted listlessly, making only ten hits against a substitute pitcher, in the field the playing was more creditable. Five of the seven runs made were the direct result of errors by Exeter's infield, which was not of even average ability. Coburn pitched well, allowing but three hits, and striking out twelve men. Kernan was very steady in his catching, but was weak at the bat. Clarkson led the team in batting making two-base hits...
