Last year it seemed as though the Register had made nearly every innovation that one could think of. The most striking novelty was the date of issue. The logical thing to do this year was to change everything back again. Fortunately the present issue is not completely logical. There is, however, a marked change in policy from former years. The book has become essentially a College, rather than a University publication, for the graduate schools have disappeared from its pages. This may be deplored as a sign of disintegration, and some may miss the quotations from "Harvard of Today...
