After the secretary had read the minutes of the last meeting, the chairman of the executive committee reported that the petition for a dark-room in Sever Hall was in the hands of the Bursar, who was empowered to make such arrangement with the club as he could. ...suggest a constitution. On Friday a meeting was held at which a constitution was adopted, officers elected and instructed to place before the Overseers the petition for a room in Sever. The men who were interested in this were actuated solely by a desire to have some sort of dark room ready as soon after recess as possible.
