Yesterday the Senior Crew rowed in the following order: Stroke, Kales, 140 lbs.; 7, Forbes, 156; 6, Fennessy, 175; 5, Derby, 172; 4, Shepard, 168; 3, Lewis, 170; 2, C. Brewer, 147; bow, Fairchild, 150; coxswain, Day. The men are being coached by Fennessy and are rowing well together. Since the last of March the Freshman Crew has been rowing regularly on the river, coached the greater part of the time by P. D. Rust '98, last year's 'varsity coxswain. On Thursday last, Nelson Perkins, captain of the '91, winning eight, coached the crew, and it is hoped that his services can be obtained as a regular coach, although his business may prevent it.
