Psychologist Frank Farley of Temple University believes that taking conscious risk involves overcoming our instincts. He points out that no other animal intentionally puts itself in peril. "The human race is particularly risk taking compared with other species," he says. What controversy could he possibly engender? Marchers chanting, "Ho, Ho, Hey, Hey, The Old Paradigm Has Got To Stay," or "Don't Reinvent Our Government, It's Just Fine?"
