Princeton has played no game which affords direct or certain comparison of its merits with those of the University team. Two things are, however, certain: Princeton's strength, though undetermined, is great; and her team is composed of men who may be expected to struggle...
...certain. Princeton has shown a remarkable development this year and, up to date, has scored far more points on her opponents than Harvard. But, apart from the uncertain test of comparative scores there appears little to choose between the two teams. In fact, the most noticeable feature in a comparison between them is the close similarity of their merits and defects. Both backfields have displayed the same consistent, and at times spectacular, ability, and both rush lines have shown the same uncertainty in both offensive and defensive work. It is natural to suppose that the representation of Harvard men on the Law Review should correspond in some degree to the standard of ability displayed by them in the school, and a comparison based on the reports of the Law School for the last ten years amply bears out this supposition. Prior to last...
