Benjamin Franklin Rice Bassett '25 of Flushing. Long Island, has been elected to the post of treasurer of the Philips Brooks House Committee, it was learned yesterday. Bassett will succeed W.J. Bingham '16, who has held the position for the last four years.
This action was taken at the regular meeting of the executive committee, held yesterday afternoon. The members of this committee are Dean G.H. Chase '96, Dean Willard Learoyd Sperry, George Wigglesworth '74, C.G. Chase '30, James Roosevelt '30 and J.H. Lane '28, graduate secretary.
