Fortunately, the College has apparently caught on to the fact that the MAC, which has hardly been renovated since its construction in 1931, is in need of a major face-lift. We commend Harvard for outsourcing management to the Boston Sports Club, and we trust that significant structural changes are not too long in coming. We hope that the revamped MAC will continue to provide the same service that is does now--as a recreational fitness space. It is important for undergraduate students who do not participate in the Harvard University Athletic Department to have athletic facilities at their disposal...

...commend the groups from University Hall, UHS, Bureau of Study Counsel and the student body that made these events possible and hope that students participate in the ongoing program to mold the mental health resources to match the needs of Harvard students. ...MCNCDC was expected to hand down their final decision on the project--Harvard placed its priority on the Cambridge community rather than the center's construction by presenting a newly redesigned center. We commend the University for their decision to submit new Knafel center design plans to the MCNCDC that take the city and the residents of Cambridge--and not just the University--into consideration...
