...would like to correct a glaring error and a disturbing omission in your article (Feb. 24) on the Third Annual W.E.B. DuBois Graduate Colloquium, sponsored by the W.E.B. DuBois Graduate Society and The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Our audience was far larger than you indicate: in fact, more than 400 were in attendance. Second, we were dismayed by your failure to mention Joseph R. Washington Jr. (Professor of Religion at the University of Pennsylvania and author of numerous works, including Black Religion, The Politics of God, and Marriage in Black and White).
