Harris, a sixth grade teacher at the Benjamin Bennaken charter-school, upset incumbent Alfred B. Fantini to give the CCA a two-seat majority on the six-member committee. Joseph G. Grassi, David P. Maher, Susana M. Segat and Denise Simmons also won seats on the committee. The results are expected to be made official tomorrow...
