Usage:

Thus far a very small number of Seniors have been to the Co-operative to be measured for caps and gowns. The Class Day Committee urges every Senior to be measured before March 1. To men measured before this date, the charge for cap and gown will be $6.25, and delivery will be made on or before April 10. To men not measured until after March 1, the price will be $6.60, and delivery will not be made till some time in May. Payments are made at the time of delivery, not at the time of measurement.
