Brewer '96 has shown splendid form in the quarter mile and also the broad jump. Shea and Russell will be good men with the hammer and shot. The team is especially weak at the weights this year. Sayre and Whitehead from Exeter have records in the sprints and hurdles which prove them men of considerable ability. Garcelin shows good form in the sprints and Duffield will soon join his colleagues in the short distances. Riker L. S. and Arnold '96 run well in the half mile. ...Bloss '94, created the surprise of the afternoon by winning the 100 yards dash in 10 2-5 secs. The broad jump fell easy prey to his powers for he won this event with a jump of 21 ft. 11 1-2 in. The mile walk proved an exciting contest and C. R. Bardeen '93, finished a strong second. The winner's time was 7 in. 29 1-5 secs. G. F. Brown, Jr., '92, came in second in the 220 yards dash, after winning his trial heat. Coombs, the winner covered the distance in 23 4-5 secs...
