The "By the Way," which is better than usual, and the centre page, a well executed and fitting sequel to the centre page of the "Football Number," express very adequately the present dissatisfaction in regard to football. The bit entitled "Sporticus," in the series of "Lampy's Menagerie" is a very pleasing innovation. Although short, it is one of the best executed pieces in the number on account of the humor and scientific language.
