Tonight a Washington Birthday message will be sent from the U. S. Army officials at the Rock Island Arsenal, Ill., to the Boy Scout masters at Lexington and Washington, D. C. The message will be read with appropriate ceremonies at the Lexington Battlefield and at the National Cemetery at Arlington, Va.
