...notice in Saturday morning's CRIMSON, that a victory is ascribed to Johnson over Bryan in Friday's straw ballot. I wish to take issue with this misleading statement. As a matter of fact, Bryan received a big majority over Johnson from the Democratic voters. It is ludicrous, to say the least, to count Republican votes for Democratic nominees, unless a Democrat is given first or second place.
