During July and August twenty-one courses will be given by the Harvard Summer Schools. There will be one in Anglo-Saxon, to begin July 2d, and continue six weeks, and one in Botany, which will begin June 29th and close August 1st. The latter will consist of two parts, the first to deal with Vegetable Physiology, etc., and to consist primarily of practical laboratory work, and the second to be a course of daily lectures on special topics.
