Owing to the numerous requests for money that the Exeter Academy faculty has received from people to whom the academy student associations were in debt, it has been decided to appoint a treasurer from the faculty. This treasurer shall not permit bills to be contracted unless he has a sufficient amount of money to pay for the same.
