Amherst's schedule includes three teams which were not competed against last year, Williams, M.I.T., and Syracuse. The meets with Williams and with M. I. T. will be a resumption of the annual pre-war contests, while Syracuse is the only team on the schedule which Amherst has not previously met in this sport. M. I. T. promises to be Amherst's strongest opponent this year, although Wesleyan and Syracuse should also provide keen rivalry.
